• Tour Operator Cancellations: In the event that Pluto Tours cancels a tour, customers will be notified and will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour or service.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Refund requests must be made in writing and may take up to 7D business days to process.
